Drs. Shireen Dhanani and Razan Barazi are general dentists in Leesburg and Orlando, Florida, who specialize in providing quality cosmetic and general dental procedures, using the latest and most modern technology currently available.
Shireen Dhanani, DMD
Dr. Shireen Dhanani obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Dr. Dhanani has been in private practice since 1998. She and her husband, Waseem Ansari, practice administrator, established the Leesburg office in 2004.
She is certified to treat patients using Invisalign®, CEREC technology and Lumineers. Dr. Dhanani’s areas of specialty include cosmetic dentistry, including teeth whitening, esthetic crowns and veneers, and all aspects of general dentistry. She focuses on treatment planning and restorative dentistry.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the Central Florida District Dental Association.
In her spare time, Dr. Dhanani enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons, Ahad and Aayan, cooking, reading and walking. She enjoys learning new things that she is passionate about and meeting new people.
Razan S. Barazi, DDS
The most recent addition to The Dental Touch is Dr. Razan Barazi, who has been practicing dentistry for two years. After receiving a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Kent State University, she went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Science in 2008 from The Ohio State College of Dentistry. Her one-year practice residency was completed at Summa Health System Hospital in Akron, Ohio.
Dr. Barazi understands the importance oral health plays in her patients’ overall well-being. “The important role I play in my patients’ health makes me passionate about my career,” said Dr. Barazi. “I know that when I treat oral infection and restore function in my patients mouth, I’m improving their overall systemic health and quality of life.”
Dr. Barazi is a member of the American Dental Association and specializes in diagnosis, composite restorations, crown and bridge, dentures, and extractions. At The Dental Touch, Dr. Barazi enjoys the friendly upbeat work environment created by the entire staff. “I enjoy that we all work together as team members to deliver the best care to every patient.”
Her hobbies include reading, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, their 18-month-old daughter and pet feline.
